 At 420SOHL – The Society of Higher Living, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund guidelines.

 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• • Be unworn and unused
• • Be unwashed
• • Have original tags attached
• • Be in original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• • Custom or personalized products
• • Limited edition or promotional sale items marked “Final Sale”
• • Gift cards

 If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• • Photos of the product if applicable

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Items purchased at our retail storefront may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Refunds for in-store purchases may be issued as:

• • Original payment method
• • Store credit (at our discretion)
• Items must meet the same return eligibility conditions.

 Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

 If you need a different size or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
